Responsibilities
- Transform vague, high-level product concepts into actionable technical roadmaps by proactively engaging with stakeholders and clarifying requirements without relying on formal specifications
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features, working across Java/Spring backends, REST APIs, data layers, testing frameworks, infrastructure adjustments, and rollouts, using modern frontend tools such as TypeScript, React 19, Microfrontends, and Module Federation, while maintaining legacy Dart components
- Evaluate and operate within an existing, evolving codebase by determining which components to reuse, which to refactor, and minimizing the accumulation of avoidable technical debt
- Apply systems thinking to foresee downstream consequences and prevent potential issues before they escalate
- Make independent decisions balancing technical and product priorities, manage associated risks, and drive initiatives to completion
- Integrate AI-powered development tools—including Cursor, Claude/Codex, internal AI platforms, and MCP—into daily workflows, and build custom automations or skills when they deliver measurable efficiency gains
- Critically assess both AI-generated outputs and product requirements, challenging assumptions and ensuring solutions withstand rigorous evaluation
