Responsibilities
- Create production-grade single and multi-agent systems featuring planning, memory, and tool integration while meeting strict compliance and audit requirements.
- Deploy and manage Model Context Protocol servers using FastMCP and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake, ensuring secure data schemas and role-based access controls.
- Construct agentic workflows with LangChain and LangGraph, applying effective prompt engineering, tool integration, and multi-agent collaboration strategies.
- Establish comprehensive testing, evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for agent-based systems using tools like LangSmith or LangFuse, including structured tracing and offline/online assessment.
- Build, integrate, and support microservices and APIs powered by large language models using Python, FastAPI, gRPC, and Postgres, deployed on AWS infrastructure.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging advancements in LLMs and autonomous agent architectures, including reflection, planning, multi-agent coordination, and AWS Bedrock services.
- Work closely with product, technical, and domain leads to ensure solutions meet user needs and business objectives, contributing proactively beyond assigned tasks.
