Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the foundational AI infrastructure, including orchestration systems, execution environments, and reusable components for intelligent agent behavior.
- Influence company-wide AI development by defining engineering standards, workflows, and best practices for future AI initiatives.
- Develop systems for retrieval, fact-checking, and performance measurement to ensure AI outputs are accurate, trustworthy, and continuously refined.
- Establish core capabilities for memory and personalization, enabling agents to use customer context effectively while maintaining safety and consistency.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI agents that navigate complex travel processes and interact securely with internal APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to elevate technical standards, provide mentorship, and contribute to long-term AI strategy.
