About the Role

Design and implement scalable AI models integrated into production environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems using cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize machine learning models for production deployment
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI features into user-facing systems
  • Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements
  • Design data pipelines to support training and inference workflows
  • Ensure models meet accuracy, latency, and scalability requirements
  • Work with engineering teams to maintain robust AI infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live AI systems
  • Stay current with advancements in AI research and apply relevant findings
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality standards
  • Document technical designs and system behavior
  • Support deployment and monitoring of AI services
  • Participate in architectural planning for AI-enabled products
  • Assess ethical implications of AI model behavior
  • Optimize resource usage for training and inference
  • Collaborate on defining evaluation metrics for AI performance
  • Mentor junior engineers on AI best practices
  • Contribute to internal tools for model development and testing
  • Work with data scientists to refine training datasets
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
  • Integrate third-party AI components when necessary
  • Lead technical investigations into new AI frameworks
  • Support A/B testing of AI-driven features
  • Improve model interpretability and debugging capabilities
  • Coordinate with security teams on model risk assessment
