Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic workflows that integrate large language models, reasoning modules, and data processing pipelines to build adaptive, goal-oriented conversational systems
- Lead end-to-end development of advanced machine learning and natural language processing products, from concept through production, including training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment
- Pioneer experimentation with novel methods in agentic reasoning, system coordination, and autonomous agent architectures
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to embed intelligent agents into practical recruiting processes
- Inform key technical decisions, provide mentorship to engineering peers, and help establish best practices for scalable and maintainable machine learning systems
- Help advance the NLP and conversational intelligence technology stack with a focus on reliability, personalization, and measurable user impact
- Identify and act on opportunities to automate, enhance, and innovate within chat-based platforms
