Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, production-ready AI systems that streamline and improve credit analytics and decision-making processes
- Create and integrate artificial intelligence solutions across stages of the credit lifecycle such as application processing, risk assessment, credit limit assignment, portfolio oversight, and model validation
- Build evaluation frameworks and safeguards to improve response precision, minimize incorrect outputs, and enable human review, supported by offline testing using verified datasets
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level AI services with strong emphasis on scalability, data security, system reliability, performance efficiency, and reduced response times
- Establish and manage LLMOps and generative AI operational workflows, including prompt engineering, model version control, system monitoring, automated pipelines, and performance tracking for cost, speed, and output quality
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into current platforms and roll out new AI-powered features organization-wide
- Assess and implement modern AI orchestration platforms and cloud-native tools, including frameworks like LangGraph and AWS-hosted services, while keeping pace with emerging AI architecture trends
