Responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable contact for staff and business partners by managing incoming calls
- Coordinate the daily schedules and appointments of executives working remotely or on-site
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and checks, processing each according to client-specific service plans
- Respond to requests for outgoing mail and shipments, including FedEx, certified mail, and courier services
- Prepare and distribute checks as needed
- Support client billing processes
- Execute electronic deposits
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems and perform routine office tasks
- Cover the reception desk when necessary
- Carry out basic bookkeeping tasks using AgilLink software
- Complete additional assignments and projects as directed
