What You'll Do
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding client needs to final placements, ensuring alignment between business requirements and skilled IT professionals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey. Identify and engage qualified individuals in the IT space, guiding companies toward effective staffing solutions tailored to their goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of proven success in IT recruitment, including permanent and contract placements
- Strong understanding of the IT job market and demonstrated ability to advise decision-makers
- Established network across leadership and hiring levels, capable of driving rapid business results
- Proactive mindset with strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing roles
- Entrepreneurial approach, self-motivation, and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes
