About the Role

This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key industrial clients, ensuring delivery of water treatment services, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through technical and strategic support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key industrial accounts to ensure service excellence

  • Coordinate emergency response for critical account issues
