About the Role
You will lead efforts to grow our market footprint across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by introducing our clinician copilot to providers, health systems, and partners. In this role, you will represent the company at industry events, engage directly with physicians and decision-makers, and drive new business while strengthening existing relationships through trusted advisory interactions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients in healthcare through cold outreach, appointment setting, product demonstrations, and deal closure.
- Serve as a brand representative at conferences, trade shows, and sector events to promote mission and solutions.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with physicians, medical practitioners, practice managers, and key stakeholders in healthcare.
- Design and execute targeted sales strategies to successfully enter and expand within the German healthcare market.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to integrate market insights and improve customer outcomes.
- Use CRM platforms and digital tools to monitor leads and maintain clear, organized sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and define priority market segments.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or healthcare industries.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with experience delivering persuasive presentations to varied audiences.
- Self-motivated with a structured work style and enthusiasm for tackling challenges in fast-moving environments.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English communication skills.
- Capable of working independently while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep interest in advancing healthcare through meaningful technological innovation.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience engaging with EHR vendors, healthcare systems, or care delivery platforms.
- Background in medical technology, digital health, or regulated software environments.
- Completed degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Experience in startups or high-growth companies, particularly in launching new markets.
