Tandem Health is hiring a Senior Account Executive - DACH (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new customers in the healthcare sector through cold calling, appointment scheduling, product presentations, and closing deals.
  • Represent Tandem Health at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with physicians, doctors, practice managers, and key decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
  • Strategically plan and implement sales initiatives to effectively penetrate the German healthcare market.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organized sales management.
  • Work in close collaboration with leadership to further develop the sales strategy and prioritize target segments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally gained in the SaaS, technology, or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • A high level of initiative, a structured approach to work, and a passion for embracing challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Native level in German and fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Independent operator with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or selling into EHR providers, health systems, or care delivery platforms.
  • Background in medtech, digital health, or regulated software.
  • A completed degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, especially launching new markets.

Additional Information

  • There will be occasional travel to meet clinicians across the DACH region and to collaborate with the core team in Stockholm as needed.
  • Our interview process consists of 4 stages: 1. Screening interview with Talent Acquisition 2. Sales Demo with the Commercial team 3. Second interview with the DACH Country Director 4. Working Day - Join us in the Munich office for half a day to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action.
  • Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate.
