Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with key clients and decision-makers by understanding their business goals and challenges.

- Lead the entire sales process from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal, negotiation, and final agreement.
- Conduct meetings, demonstrations, and workshops to effectively present the benefits and capabilities of company solutions.
- Uncover opportunities to expand account value through additional product adoption and service upgrades.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to guide sales planning.
- Work closely with internal teams such as implementation, product development, and customer support to ensure client success.
- Ensure precise tracking of sales activities, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Support team development by sharing effective sales techniques and mentoring peers.
