Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and convert new business prospects to increase revenue within the municipal sector while achieving team and personal targets.
- Build and sustain strong collaboration between clients and internal teams, including sales, business development, technical experts, and project coordinators.
- Ensure clients are informed about available testing services and capabilities to enhance sales potential.
- Track payment status for assigned accounts and assist in resolving overdue receivables as needed.
- Formulate and propose strategic pricing approaches, bid assessments, master service agreements, and budget estimates.
- Record and report sales activities in the designated CRM platform and through regular reporting.
- Foster ongoing, effective relationships between clients and the environmental testing division.
- Pinpoint priority markets and key accounts, then create action plans to strengthen market presence and profitability.
- Lead contract development, coordination, negotiation, and finalization with guidance from legal advisors and the Sales Director.
- Gather and document market and client data to support pricing models and evaluate capacity to fulfill client needs, aiming to improve win rates, discount efficiency, and margins.
- Relay client requirements and expectations clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Share all sales opportunities—including requests for proposals, quotes, and pricing—promptly with the business development team to prepare competitive responses and secure deals.
- Manage and monitor sales-related expenses in alignment with organizational policies.
- Deliver sales forecasts to Customer Service Managers to support operational planning and resource allocation.
