Responsibilities
- Flexible Support: Constantly monitoring flow and assisting colleagues at the Sushi, Grill, or Deep-fry stations as soon as pressure increases.
- Wok Mastery: Taking full responsibility for all Wok dishes (Chinese, Korean, and Indonesian style) with speed and precision.
- Flow Management: Your main priority is preventing bottlenecks so that the team consistently meets the 10-minute target.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with East Asian cooking techniques at various stations.
- A proactive, team-first attitude—you recognize where help is needed before it's even asked.
- The ability to work calmly and quickly during busy, high-volume shifts.
