About the Role

Tiny- & Modulhausvertrieb is looking for a Selbstständiger Vertriebsprofi für nachhaltige Tiny- & Modulhäuser (m/w/d) to drive the adoption of innovative and sustainable living solutions. In this independent sales role, you will develop custom residential concepts for a diverse client portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively acquire new customers, including private clients, investors, holiday home operators, and companies.
  • Consult with clients and sell Tiny Houses and modular homes.
  • Develop and implement individual living solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain contact with cities and municipalities for property suggestions.
  • Present products at local events.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Independent, structured work style with high self-motivation.
  • Strong communication and confident customer presence.
  • Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.
  • Good digital competence for using tools like a CRM system.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales, ideally in real estate, prefabricated houses, or construction.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable living solutions and innovative building concepts.
