Responsibilities
- Direct all stages of security system initiatives, from planning through commissioning, for new construction and modification projects across the region.
- Create comprehensive project roadmaps outlining objectives, timelines, outputs, staffing, financial estimates, and risk mitigation approaches.
- Develop and assess technical layouts for surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and communication systems according to established standards and project needs.
- Analyze contractor proposals, lead selection decisions, and supervise third-party teams during deployment to guarantee quality, regulatory compliance, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Facilitate coordination sessions with internal departments, external partners, and general contractors to synchronize project goals, schedules, and execution plans.
- Manage validation testing, system activation, and transition procedures to confirm operational readiness, documentation completeness, and client approval.
- Monitor project progress, financial metrics, and deviations from baseline plans, applying formal change control protocols when necessary.
- Ensure all project records are maintained and that safety, quality, and client expectations are met throughout project execution.

- Candidates must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Travel to Netflix's West Coast and LATAM project sites will be required, accounting for roughly 20% of the role.
- Regular in-person visits to Netflix's HQ in Los Gatos are highly recommended.
