About the Role
The selected candidate will lead security system projects from initiation through closeout, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations while ensuring all technical and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for electronic security systems including access control and surveillance
- Coordinate with engineering and field teams to ensure design accuracy and installation quality
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
- Manage client communications and expectations throughout project lifecycle
- Conduct site assessments to verify system requirements and site readiness
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including scopes, change orders, and closeout packages
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee vendor coordination and equipment procurement timelines
- Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Lead project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track project budgets and report financial status to management
- Verify system functionality through testing and coordinate final acceptance
- Support quality assurance audits and process improvements
- Train clients on system operation and handover procedures
- Maintain accurate records of project changes and approvals
- Ensure all work adheres to company safety protocols
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-contract planning phases
- Assist in developing standard project templates and workflows
- Interface with local authorities for permitting and inspections when necessary
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during installation or commissioning
