Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Genetex-based platforms, including Omnicast, Synergis, and Cloudlink services.
- Serve as the main technical contact for internal teams, delivering advanced remote support for enterprise and studio locations globally.
- Handle incoming support tickets through Zendesk with a focus on speed and resolution quality.
- Monitor the health of security systems worldwide to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Keep accurate records of system setups, wiring layouts, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex problems in access control devices, door mechanisms, and surveillance cameras.
- Perform hardware fixes, replacements, and minor infrastructure adjustments such as moves, adds, and changes.
- Coordinate and manage system upgrade timelines to reduce operational interruptions.

- This position is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Responsible for supporting essential operations during regular business hours.
- Applicant must live within commuting distance to allow for quick on-site response when needed.
- Must be skilled in using IT and electronics diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters and network testers like Fluke devices.
- Should have hands-on experience with low-voltage cabling tools including wire strippers, crimping tools, and punch-down instruments.
- Proficient in using professional hand and power tools such as drills and impact drivers for installing and repairing physical security systems.
- Demonstrated experience with hardware such as Axis cameras, 2N intercoms, HID card readers, Mercury controllers, Altronix power supplies, Envoy systems, and parking gate mechanisms.
- Capable of performing locksmith duties including repair and maintenance of electric strikes, magnetic locks, and related mechanical door components.
