Responsibilities
- Observe and report on daily facility operations and personnel movement
- Perform hourly inspections to verify trailer temperatures, room conditions, and gate security
- Monitor all personnel and vehicle entries and exits from the premises
- Operate and maintain weight measurement systems for incoming and outgoing trailers
- Respond to incoming calls on the switchboard during non-business hours
- Process and document shipment billing for transported goods
- Adhere to and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Evaluate trailers for cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
- Oversee the receipt and documentation of incoming supplies and raw materials

- Work schedule includes weekends with intermittent weekday and holiday shifts
