Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end access lifecycle for team members, ensuring timely and accurate permissions across systems and integrations.
- Lead the design and deployment of macOS devices using JAMF, maintaining encryption compliance and seamless user experience.
- Strengthen data loss prevention measures by implementing and refining tools from Crowdstrike, Slack, and Google.
- Reduce reliance on manual processes by optimizing automation for onboarding, offboarding, and employee support requests.
- Collaborate with DevOps to configure and secure access controls in AWS environments.
- Promote adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve security operations and IT responsiveness.
- Work with HR to develop and deliver security awareness programs that engage and educate employees.
- Deliver personalized IT and security assistance, helping users understand and follow security best practices.
