Responsibilities
- Design and distribute compelling security awareness materials through various platforms such as email, Slack, training sessions, presentations, and internal events.
- Build bite-sized learning modules, behavioural prompts, and targeted campaigns to foster consistent security practices across the organisation.
- Oversee the operational execution of the security awareness programme, including content creation, campaign management, documentation, and performance reporting.
- Simplify intricate security concepts into actionable, easy-to-understand guidance that empowers employees to make informed security decisions.
- Leverage behavioural science, performance data, and employee feedback to refine awareness initiatives and shape future programme direction.
- Collaborate with teams across Security, Technology, Risk, People, and Customer Operations to strengthen security behaviours, minimise user burden, and respond to evolving threats.
