About the Role
This role involves conducting security and IT due diligence for potential acquisitions and partnerships, leading post-deal integration, managing technical workstreams, coordinating with key stakeholders, and improving workflows through automation and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of security and IT systems for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and vendor relationships.
- Analyze the cybersecurity maturity, IT infrastructure, and technology environment of target organizations.
- Lead the integration of IT platforms and security protocols for newly acquired entities.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless integration while upholding organizational security standards.
- Manage dedicated security and IT initiatives throughout the M&A lifecycle.
- Champion technical decisions, streamline technology environments, and align post-acquisition systems with enterprise security architecture.
- Collaborate with leaders across Security, IT, Engineering, Corporate Development, and Product to define requirements, timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Enhance internal processes using automation, AI-powered tools, and standardized reporting.

The Security and IT team focuses on M&A, delivering high-impact results within the broader security organization. It engages across HR, Engineering, Legal, Vendor Management, Finance, Compliance, and Business Operations.
