Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of security and information technology aspects during potential acquisitions, collaborations, and third-party engagements.
- Assess the cybersecurity readiness, IT systems, and technological frameworks of prospective partner organizations.
- Oversee the incorporation of IT platforms and security protocols from acquired entities into existing operations.
- Manage collaborative initiatives across departments to ensure seamless integration without compromising security benchmarks.
- Lead specialized security and IT integration tasks throughout merger and acquisition processes.
- Recommend technical improvements, streamline technology environments, and ensure alignment with established security architecture.
- Collaborate with leaders across Security, IT, Engineering, Corporate Development, and Product teams to define requirements, schedules, and implementation strategies.
- Enhance internal processes through automation, artificial intelligence-powered tools, and standardized reporting systems.
