Responsibilities
- Assist QA/QC Expert in performing tasks that includes following but are not limited to:
- Assist in reviewing of detailed Quality Assurance(QA) and Quality Control (QC) Plans and implementation in the entire project phases for the packages under its scope.
- Assist in reviewing and monitoring QA/QC plans of other Contractors(as applicable).
- Assist in establishing standard procedures & tools for QA/QC.
- Assist in compliance of the requirements of multilateral /bilateral funding agencies (as applicable).
- Assist NHSRCL in obtaining statutory approvals (as applicable).
- Assist in carrying out inspections of contractor’s works.
- Assist in any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Client(NHSRCL).
Requirements
- Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech)/Diploma Engineering Graduate with 07 years, or Engineering Diploma with 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) /Quality Control (QC) during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)*.
Additional Information
- Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways / Semi High-Speed Railways / Metro Railways projects as defined below:
- High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
- Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban/Suburban/ Intercity/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.
- Metro Railways excluding LRT/Tram/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.
