Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and deliver service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Manage inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and other concerns with precision and enthusiasm, and assist customers in placing orders over the phone.
- Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Provide innovative solutions for issues such as defective items, lost orders, and refunds.
- Develop expertise in navigating the company website to assist customers.
- Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits.
- Maintain solid knowledge of the product line, pricing, and policies.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience also considered).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of all required training programs is essential to maintain the role and ensure continued professional growth and development.
Nice to Have
- Previous inbound call center or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Duluth Trading Company products.

- Training time for this position is very important as it creates the foundation to provide world-class customer service to Duluth Trading Company customers. Position training takes place during the first two weeks after your start date. All new hires are required to complete 25 hours of training each week for the first two weeks to ensure successful completion of the training program. Mandatory live class on the first day of training.
