Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses in South Florida using a CRM and auto-dialer to present offerings and set appointments for the sales team.
- Assess leads against established criteria to determine potential for further sales engagement.
- Work closely with sales personnel to hand off qualified prospects and share key details.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and scheduled appointments within the CRM.
- Stay informed about current technology trends to clearly explain the value of the solutions offered.
- Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals for appointment generation.
