Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies
- Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs
- Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies
Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role
- Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
- Experience selling to North American markets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working remotely or with international teams
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
