Typescouts is hiring a SDR - Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Use their CRM and auto-dialer to call businesses in South Florida to introduce the company's products and services and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using their CRM system.
  • Knowledgeable about the technology landscape to effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in telemarketing with a focus on B2B appointment setting.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and setting high-quality appointments.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and telemarketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

  • Working hours: EST day shift (8h / day)
  • Salary: USD $1.5k / month + bonus
