About the Role

The SDR Manager will oversee a team of sales development representatives, guiding their daily activities, coaching for improvement, and ensuring alignment with broader sales goals. This role is responsible for optimizing outreach strategies, maintaining team morale, and contributing to long-term scaling plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure compliance with best practices
  • Foster a high-performance culture with clear expectations
  • Work closely with marketing to refine target buyer personas
  • Adjust outreach tactics based on performance data
  • Support the development of scalable playbooks for SDR activities
  • Ensure consistent follow-up protocols across the team
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new SDRs
  • Promote professional growth and career pathing within the team
  • Evaluate tools and technologies to enhance outreach efficiency
  • Coordinate with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
