Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with client stakeholders to report progress and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop high-quality code that prioritizes performance, security, testability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to accurate project planning and estimation using established methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze requirements, then organize and present implemented features to clients.
- Carry out complex development and testing tasks within defined processes and quality benchmarks across varied projects.
- Improve and extend test automation frameworks; identify ways to expand test coverage and adopt advanced tools.
- Lead the design and execution of automated test cases, focusing on high-impact areas while ensuring quality and efficient use of time and resources.
- Support team-wide client success by working closely with engineers, designers, and managers to uncover user challenges and refine solutions.
- Take part in agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Engage with technical communities to mentor peers, share knowledge, and strengthen engineering practices.
- Drive project delivery independently within set architectural guidelines, from concept through deployment.
