Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with client stakeholders to report project progress and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop client-side code that prioritizes performance, scalability, security, testability, and overall quality.
- Contribute to accurate project planning and estimation using established methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze requirements, then organize and present implemented features to clients.
- Carry out complex testing tasks in alignment with methodology and quality benchmarks across varied projects.
- Improve and extend test automation frameworks, identifying ways to boost test coverage and adopt advanced tools.
- Lead the design and execution of automated test cases, focusing on high-impact areas while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user challenges and refine solutions for client success.
- Participate actively in agile practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support technical growth by mentoring peers through communities of practice or team engagements.
- Take ownership of project delivery from concept through deployment within defined architectural boundaries.
