Responsibilities
- Design and deploy integrations connecting agentic AI systems with customer service platforms including Zendesk and Salesforce
- Create comprehensive workflows that automate customer support using intelligent AI agents
- Develop, maintain, and monitor APIs, webhooks, and middleware for seamless system connectivity
- Guarantee data integrity, security, and performance at scale across integrated platforms
- Work closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to deliver effective technical solutions
- Construct custom integration components, orchestration logic, and automated data pipelines
- Diagnose, debug, and enhance the efficiency of integration systems
