Axiom Software Solutions Limited is looking for a Scrum Master to lead project delivery by ensuring alignment with interdependent projects, programs, and stakeholders. You will work closely with customer points of contact and a cross-functional team to meet all objectives effectively.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with customer project points of contact and the cross-functional project team.
- Ensure the project is aligned with other inter-dependent projects, programs, and stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain strong lines of communication and a collaborative spirit to achieve project goals.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- At least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level Scrum Master role.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other enterprise Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.).
