About the Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master who provides structure without being rigid and drives delivery without micromanaging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable consistent, high-quality outcomes while advancing our agile capabilities. Responsibilities
- Lead key Agile events including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives with an emphasis on achieving meaningful results
- Support teams in effective planning, commitment management, and reliable delivery
- Detect and eliminate obstacles, escalating issues with clear context and proposed resolutions when necessary
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog aligned with business priorities
- Leverage delivery data such as velocity and cycle time to support ongoing improvement, not performance monitoring
- Enhance team collaboration, accountability, and overall performance over time
- Promote a psychologically safe environment where team members can voice concerns, question assumptions, and grow together
