ACI Group is hiring a Scrum Master

Responsibilities

  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline
  • Facilitate backlog grooming
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and also facilitate decision making process
  • Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology
  • Ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices
  • Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and higher scrum maturity
  • Eliminating team impediments
  • Conflict resolution and maintain a safe & healthy working environment for the team
  • Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and Software development

We intend to grow our Bengaluru division long-term, investing heavily in talent and leadership.
