CACI is hiring a Scrum Master to work in a fast-paced environment building new features for the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). You will lead a software development team through design, QA, and delivery, while facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing project obstacles.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile product teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization.
- Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events.
- Track and collect Agile metrics for program-level reporting.
- Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers.
- Support leadership in release planning, system design, and implementation.
- Ensure team performance and the delivery of documented deliverables.
- Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.
- Facilitate team communications and update the PMO, product owner, and stakeholders.
- Prepare status briefings for CACI and Government leadership.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple organizations.
- Document and manage customer expectations in a fluid environment.
- Assist the Quality/Program Manager with contract deliverable documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Must have a SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
- 3 years of Agile or Project Management experience.
- Experience managing projects of similar size with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban.
- Adaptable and able to work constructively with a technically and geographically diverse team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team to meet aggressive goals.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAFe.
- Managerial experience.
- Business Analysis experience.
- Familiarity with one or more: DoD Contracting, DoD Purchase/Acquisition, DoD Supply/Logistics, DoD Payment processing.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence or similar.
- Familiarity with Mockflow or similar wireframe tools.
- Java Software Development experience.
- Experience supporting Government contracts.
