Responsibilities
- Eliminate obstacles that hinder team performance and productivity.
- Actively detect, track, and resolve dependencies, risks, and challenges.
- Foster a trusting atmosphere where team members feel safe to speak up and grow from errors.
- Plan and lead all Scrum events including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to agile values and practices, refining processes as necessary for better outcomes.
- Assist Product Owners in refining backlogs, setting priorities, and enhancing user story clarity.
- Track overall progress from start to finish and promote timely, high-standard delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to synchronize goals and sustain transparent communication.
- Support team members' development and promote a culture rooted in feedback, honesty, and ongoing growth.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide adoption and maturity of agile methodologies.
- Encourage, energize, and unite teams during transitions or challenging discussions.
- Develop trusted connections with stakeholders, leadership, and peer teams.
- Question existing workflows in a constructive way to drive impactful changes.
- Provide clear understanding and visibility in ambiguous or complicated scenarios.
