Responsibilities
- Guide the creation of a product or process vision that reflects customer requirements, strategic parameters, and input from the Product Owner.
- Collaborate within an agile framework alongside diverse, international teams to ensure successful delivery across team units and larger organizational clusters.
- Engage regularly with the Scrum Master Team to coordinate activities such as large-scale planning events, cluster-wide retrospectives, and internal communications.
- Design, refine, and manage meetings at both team and cluster levels, including workshops and core Scrum events like planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor, lead, and support team members in cultivating an autonomous, accountable, and high-performing agile culture.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, as well as preparing for upcoming planning cycles.
- Manage and maintain the risk and impediment backlog to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
