HopHR is looking for a Scrum Master to champion Agile methodologies and delivery within our software and data engineering contexts. You will be responsible for guiding teams to improve their processes, increase efficiency, and deliver high-quality products.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to foster self-organization and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and shield the engineering team from distractions to ensure a sustainable pace of delivery
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine the product backlog and ensure clear communication of priorities
- Track and report on team metrics to identify trends, measure progress, and drive process enhancements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software and/or data engineering environments
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and the ability to adapt practices to team needs
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in a remote, distributed team setting
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Montevideo, Quito, Lima, or Santiago.
