Future Secure AI is hiring a Scrum Master

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to promote team collaboration and alignment
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices, encouraging personal development and a mindset of ongoing improvement
  • Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team productivity and progress toward sprint objectives
  • Coordinate with product owners, business partners, and other teams to maintain transparency and ensure work is properly prioritized
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational operations and scalability

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments with a history of delivering projects successfully
  • Solid knowledge of Scrum frameworks, Agile principles, and industry best practices
  • Strong abilities in facilitation, clear communication, and resolving team conflicts
  • Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional groups and external stakeholders to meet shared objectives

Nice to Have

  • Holding a recognized Scrum Master credential such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Agile tools including Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure effective collaboration and alignment within the Scrum team
  • Coach and Mentor Teams: Guide team members on Scrum best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help individuals develop their Agile skills
  • Remove Impediments: Actively identify and resolve obstacles or bottlenecks that impede the team's progress, ensuring a smooth flow of work and timely delivery of sprint goals
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective prioritization of work
  • Any other activities as required from time-to-time to support the continued operations and growth of Future Secure AI

Required

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals

Preferred

  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is a plus
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
