Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and other parties in a constructive and efficient way
- Promote understanding and application of Scrum principles within teams
- Ensure proper execution and scheduling of all Scrum events
- Identify roadblocks early and assist in resolving impediments
- Propose alternative Agile methods when appropriate
- Support teams in refining their processes using Agile and Scrum expertise
- Guide teams in implementing Agile practices suited to their environment to enhance productivity
- Coach Agile teams and clients through organizational change toward an Agile mindset
- Maintain focus on Agile and Scrum alignment and keep teams progressing toward goals
- Encourage teams to become autonomous and accountable for their work
