Responsibilities
- Design and refine advanced workflows for large-scale protein library screening, generating over one million data points
- Create and enhance in vitro and cell-based assays across various screening and display platforms
- Develop experimental systems for constructing, screening, and analyzing protein libraries at scale
- Implement reliable and reproducible assays with statistical precision to support machine learning model development
- Lead initiatives from initial design through to final data delivery
- Identify and implement improvements in throughput, data quality, repeatability, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges and refine experimental approaches
- Coordinate with machine learning specialists to define data needs and integrate experimental results into modeling pipelines
- Clearly convey findings, insights, and technical issues across scientific and engineering disciplines
- Help shape the scientific strategy of the Large Libraries team and advance platform capabilities
