This position suits a speech-language pathologist passionate about supporting school-aged children in developing communication confidence, including speech intelligibility, language understanding and expression, fluency, and social interaction skills, within a supportive and cooperative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and address communication difficulties in school-age children using research-supported techniques
- Create customized treatment plans with clear, achievable, and practical objectives
- Provide structured, engaging, and outcome-focused therapy sessions
- Keep families informed about therapy goals, progress, and strategies for use outside sessions
- Engage with supervisors and team members to exchange clinical insights and improve practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date session documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Manage your weekly schedule independently while adhering to professional standards
