Responsibilities
- Organize and confirm client appointments across various time zones
- Input and update booking details in digital systems accurately
- Communicate with service providers to verify availability
- Respond promptly to scheduling change requests
- Maintain up-to-date calendars for client activities
- Track booking confirmations and reference numbers
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently
- Prepare daily summaries of booking activity
- Follow established protocols for data entry and privacy
- Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment on client plans
- Monitor upcoming reservations for potential issues
- Update clients on booking status as needed
- Handle last-minute changes with minimal disruption
- Use digital tools to streamline scheduling workflows
- Ensure all client preferences are reflected in bookings
