Responsibilities
- Ensure adoption, retention, and growth for a portfolio of more than 200 mid-market customers.
- Create and execute scalable, repeatable programs to proactively advance business metrics and outcomes.
- Handle inbound customer questions and escalations.
- Maintain accurate and current account data in Salesforce.
- Lead customer initiatives to improve Net Promoter and candidate experience scores.
- Develop broad relationships with key account contacts and internal sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Work with the strategic sales team to identify growth and expansion opportunities within the account base.
- Guide customers on product offerings, best practices, and processes, integrating the product into their workflows.
- Advocate for customers internally, building strong partnerships with sales, product management, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in customer success, account management, SaaS or tech consulting, or project or change management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience leading client relationships in software as a service or technology environments.
- Experience in sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate setting.
- Experience in project or change management.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate working knowledge of human resources or talent acquisition functions is a plus.
