Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central components
- Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors and on-premise SAP HCM systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements
- Develop and execute test scenarios for system changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Document system configurations and process flows
