Kyndryl is hiring a SAP SPM Workflows Developer

Kyndryl is looking for a SAP SPM Workflows Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on administration, workflow development, solution design, testing, and troubleshooting primarily within the SAP SPM (SuccessFactors Incentive Management) Workflow module.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on administration and workflow development.
• Analyze requirements for feasibility within the SAP SPM workflow module and provide level of effort estimates.
• Work with Data Integration, Configuration, and Reporting teams to design comprehensive solutions.
• Develop solutions primarily in the SAP SPM Workflow module, including creating or updating forms, scripts, and workflows.
• Identify test scenarios, execute unit testing, and document results.
• Document migrations and move configurations from lower environments to production.
• Assist with or provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues within SAP SPM workflows.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of practical experience in Groovy Scripting (used within SAP SPM Workflow module) and/or similar programming languages like Java.
• Experience in writing SQL and PLSQL programs.
• Strong database programming using SAP Hana, Workday, and SQL Server or Oracle.
• Operational experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Experience or knowledge of technical adapters (HTTP_AAE, IDoc_AAE, RFC, SOAP, SFTP, REST, AS2).

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with Python is an advantage.
• Practical experience with Power Shell scripting is an advantage.
• Technical integration experience on SAP & non-SAP systems using the listed adapters is a big advantage.
• Knowledge of Kyndryl incentive process and compliance standards is a big advantage.
• This position may also be suitable for junior programmers with strong potential.
