Gramian Consultancy is hiring a SAP PM P2P Consultant for a critical data migration project. Join our team on a major SAP S/4HANA migration initiative within the Life Sciences sector, transforming procurement and maintenance operations through accurate process mapping, system alignment, and high-quality data migration.

What You'll Do

Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process streams within the S/4HANA migration project.
Define and validate PM and procurement processes, including maintenance orders, notifications, equipment/master data, service procurement, and vendor management.
Conduct Fit-to-Template workshops to align business requirements with global standards.
Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure integrated end-to-end processes.
Support data migration activities for PM and P2P objects like equipment, functional locations, services, materials, and vendors.
Work with internal migration tools (training provided) to manage mapping, transformation, and validation.
Create functional documentation, process flows, and test scenarios for SIT/UAT cycles.
Support cutover planning, data validation, and post-migration hypercare activities.
Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements, including GxP, audit trails, and documentation standards.
Train Key Users and provide ongoing guidance throughout the migration journey.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of hands-on SAP PM consulting experience.
Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and PM–MM/PM–P2P integration.
Proven experience in S/4HANA migration or similar global transformation programs.
Practical experience in SAP data migration projects; training on internal tools will be provided.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work 3 days onsite in Frankfurt with flexibility for remote work.
