Maverick Direct Inc. is hiring a SAP- Lead Application Analyst

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in SAP Business Information Warehouse development methods, system setup, and ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects.
  • Strong grasp of structured analysis, system design, and programming methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC modules and processes from both technical (tables, fields) and functional viewpoints.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale project implementations.
  • Experience assessing business workflows, goals, and needs to develop appropriate application solutions.
  • Capable of synthesizing data from diverse sources to form actionable insights.
  • Skilled at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders using clear business terminology.
  • Proficient in designing, coding, and deploying SAP-based business applications.
  • Functional understanding of SAP modules and their integration with SAP BW.
  • Experience evaluating technology vendors and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Able to convert business needs into technical architecture and design specifications.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience configuring BI development tools and query systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP BW navigation, configuration, and core features including ETL processes and standard business content.
  • Experience designing and implementing ODS, InfoCubes, and Remote Cubes.
  • Proficiency with Business Explorer (BEx) reporting tools across versions 3.5 and 7.x.
  • Experience using Web Application Designer in versions 3.5 and 7.x.
  • Knowledge of data remodeling and Analysis Process Design.
  • Understanding of SAP BW change management, transport mechanisms, and system landscape operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP BW security frameworks, role design, and user authorizations.
  • Skills in BW performance optimization, issue diagnosis, debugging, and resolution.
  • Experience utilizing SAP OSS support tools and escalation procedures.

Nice to Have

  • BI development experience in predictive analytics, data mining, or BW/CRM integration is beneficial.
  • Prior experience integrating BW with APO.
  • Knowledge of Business Objects Universe and query creation.
  • Familiarity with QlikView.
