iHerb is hiring a SAP IBP Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners across logistics, IT, and supply chain to identify operational challenges and convert them into functional SAP IBP solutions
  • Set up and tailor SAP IBP components for demand planning, inventory optimization, forecasting, supply planning, and response and supply processes in line with industry best practices
  • Design and oversee integrations between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP legacy systems using CPI, CPI-DS, and RTI technologies
  • Produce clear technical documentation for custom developments, including enhancements and reports, to guide technical teams
  • Lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing cycles, and deliver training programs for end users
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues, provide continuous support, and suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Support project planning, oversee small to medium-sized initiatives, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members
